Brewery Interior Taking Shape

We are 90% done with the interior framing! It's exciting to see the walls go up. Up till this point it has just been on paper but suddenly it is feeling so real. How cool is it to walk through and know that this is our office, this is our utility room, this is our brewhouse area! Plumbing continues and electrical work starts Monday. Once the plumbing and wiring is roughed in we will begin the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) installation. Then we can start sheet-rocking...

The photo shows our brewhouse area on the main floor from the front of the building looking in. The knee walls will allow for our customers to watch us brew. How fun... just think... customers... who like beer! We can't wait to meet you!
